All content (including, without limitation, texts, photographs, sounds, images, data, videos) reproduced on the website are the property of Rebekka Vanderhaeghen and are protected by all laws applicable to copyrights, and more generally intangible rights. The reproduction, copy or exploitation for any purpose and in particular the modification, distribution or use for commercial or non-commercial purposes, constitute a criminal offense punishable by the Belgian law.

The Artist remains the owner of the moral rights on her Edition / Jewel. Only the physical Edition is being transferred to the Purchaser, and the Artist reserves and retains all copyrights in the Edition, all reproduction rights in the Edition for any purpose in all media, and all other rights.
The Artist’s authorization is required for any exploitation of these rights.
